Role Overview
- To role is to perform packing/assembly collation and stripping work as requested on your specific shift
- Packing parcels, various sizes
- Perform collation work – leaflet packing, labels etc
- Appling self-adhesive/magnetic tape on printed materials
- Lifting parcels on pallets and shrinkwrapping
- Assisting glue operation and drilling
- Label all work as instructed and send completed jobs to library/dispatch
- Follow the QC process
Key responsibilities
- Check goods against delivery notes for accuracy and report any damages.
- Move goods to relevant area/departments using PPT/counterbalance.
- Notify the relevant department via the delivery note of any short shipments/mis- picks.
- Notify relevant department of any damaged goods received.
- Physical movement of stock from the Goods In area to the warehouse and/or packing and putting away stock onto the shelves.
- Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded.
- Any other reasonable request.

Salary: £11.44p/hr
